    Recently picked up a strymon bluesky, had a little mess around before work yesterday with the intention of recording on my day off today but i sliced my bloody finger in work so no bass for me for a couple of days!     Cheers guys! Funkshui the original idea was to post it on instagram and they have a 1min limit . But i thought i'd upload it to post here too. I ran my bass through my PJB double4 into my audio interface, touch of eq, compression and reverb in logic. First time i've recorded a playalong. Will probs give some other FULL songs a bash haha.

    Cheers Gelfin will give those 2 places a call. Grangur thanks for the offer! Ideally i'd like to tinker myself and learn how to fix the problems but only having one bass at the moment i don't want to run the risk of making things worse! haha.

    I need to take my bass in for a bit of TLC. I have some buzz on a couple of the frets and the electronics need a look at as the volume knob crackles when turned turned up fully. I'm wondering if anyone on here has any recommendations as to where to go in the South Wales area. I'm based in the city center of Cardiff but drive so anywhere is an option really. Cheers!

I've had it for so long now i cant remember from who or where i bought it.. The whole unit came as one though rack, pre amp/amp.

    I have for sale an Ashdown Evo II pre amp. In great condition, has been gigged a lot but always kept in a rack case. Recently had it serviced by ashdown so in full working order. I do have the means to post the pre amp as i have the box i used to post it ashdown, however if you want to collect you can take the rack case with it. There is a peavey cs800s poweramp in there too which i believe is faulty (i have no means to try it out). I first thought it was the preamp hence why i sent it to ashdown to be repaired but i was told there were only a few minor things wrong with it so it must be the peavey. Buyer is welcome to take this unit on collection too. I'm based just outside the city center of Cardiff. Price £150 collected, £170 to post (pre amp only) ***** NOW £140 ALL IN ***** Cash on collection or paypal payments only, Cheers!!
