Yeah, this thing is the epitome of 6 string basses. But I've decided to go back to 5 string and just spotted something I'd really like to have..

Up for sale a 1994 Yamaha TRB6P. That's the very sought after Made in Japan 1st generation of TRBs, 33 7/8" scale, necktrough, ebony fingerboard, single coils + piezo pickups for an amazing variety of wonderful tones. Bass is all original and in amazing condition. Just two little chips in the paint. Neck is straight as an arrow, action is 1.5 mm at 12th fret. Frets have 95% of life in them. Trussrods work fine in both directions and bridge saddles have plenty of range both up or down, so you can set up however you want, but right now this thing is a blast to play. Fast as hell. Weight is 4,9 kgs, not bad at all for a 6 made out of flamed maple. And balance very nice both sitting and standing... Comes complete with its original hardshell case.

Since someone asked, I should mention that trade is a possibility.but I'm very specific about it. Ideally should be a nice passive Fender Jazz plus cash towards me: Flea signature, roadworns or MIJ are my preference. But I would also consider a nice AVRI jazz or P bass. However feel free to propose something in the vein, worst I could say is no thanks.

Up for sale a 1993 Zon Sonus 4 strings. Bass is in excellent condition with no scratch, dings or anything I could speak of. Originally a fretless it was just converted into fretted from my trusty luthier (frets have 100% fret life in them). Fretboard has been cleaned and polished as well as the back of the neck. Frets has been installed by epoxying them into the phenolic board (that's the procedure followed at Zon Guitars). Side dots have been repositioned in the classic spot for fretted instruments (between the frets). The work is absolutely flawless without the smallest sign of the repositioning: you could swear it was born this way. Pickups are Bartolini's single coil and preamp is Bartolini NTBT concentric bass/treble boost/cut Action is nice and low: 2mm on E string side, 1,6mm on G string side. Neck won't move even in a nuclear war. Bass is very light (7lbs 14oz/ 3,6 kg) and balance perfectly sitting or standing. Truly a jazz bass on steroids. Up for sale a Warwick GPS Thumb BO5 (made in Germany). Got my eyes on something I chased for a long time so, although it's an amazing bass, the Warwick has to go. It's an October 2017 build purchased new from Thomann two months ago. Has never left my house and is in immaculate condition. Ovangkol body, ovangkol neck and wenge fingerboard. Nice, comfortable and light (it weights 4,5 kg.) Comes with original gig bag, papers, tools and warranty. Those sell new at 1800 euros and in an attempt for a fast sale I cut 30% off of this which is virtually a BRAND NEW bass. I want 1250 Euros + shipping from Italy No price reduction, no trades. I've actually had a talk with a pro seller about the correct evaluation of this bass. Given the cosmetics I'm actually putting this up for sale again at 2200 GBP. Again, everything on the bass is totally functioning. The sound is killer and playability is top notch. Here's your chance of owning a vintage Ken Smith at a bargain price. Worth mentioning that for the next week or so the bass is in the UK so shipment for british guys (and gals) would be very convenient.
