I'm a big fan of their stuff and the couple of Eden amps that I've owned are the only ones I've ever regretted selling.

I've gone ahead and bought 4 strips of the cable guard recommended by Stub Mandrel for the Bash to complement the rubber guard I normally bring. Apart from the aspect of keeping tape off the floor, the hall Trustees have been having a blitz on risk management and I'm having to do this as I've assessed tripping over cables as one of the main risks of the event. As everyone realises, the Bash has always been priced to break even. I'm therefore asking/inviting/imploring/begging (delete as appropriate 🙂 ) everyone to pay an extra £2 on the door to help cover the £68 unexpected additional cost. At £15 a head, the Bash is still a bargain. (If anyone isn't prepared to contribute, that will be OK too.) No need for discussion on here about the above btw. Whatever happens on the door will be fine by me.

Thank goodness for that. Hands up those who thought Pandora was his wife!

IMPORTANT NOTICE As our regulars already know, we are not set up for bank-card transactions. 'On the door' entry payments (£13) and purchases of raffle tickets and Bash T-shirts will therefore be cash only.

We'll be having 20 minutes per hour quiet time in the main hall starting on the half-hour to fit in with the 12.30pm lunch time. During those periods anyone wanting to play can either use headphones in the main hall or go through the practice amp that I'll set up in the smaller meeting room.
