    Isn't life odd. I have a 4 string ESP 'Grass Roots' bass - for sale on here Never seen one since buying mine and then 2 are advertised on here in a month!...... Spooky

    Ok peeps Found a bit more about this bass - they are still sold in Japan Alder body Maple 3 piece neck Rosewood board GW-1B pick ups Model is called. Luna Sea J Model. Retail in the land of the rising sun is £300 So there you have it I'm in Nottingham but will be at my daughters in London for 5th to 7th Feb so could meet up there if that suits

    SALE Here we have an ESP 4 stringer for the Japanese market only, branded Grass Roots In great condition, recent pro set up and new strings (lights) Electrics all work fine and the jack socket has been replaced Nice low action, 34 inch scale Weighs around 8lbs Bridge is a cut above the fender bbot So if you need a reliable back up or have a pair of Hot humbuckers to use as an upgrade, this is your baby Comes with a new cheappie gig bag Can courier or meet up etc

    Assuming scale length is saddles to Nut its 34 inches. Gig bag included (new but cheapo not uber padded). Humbuckers not p-type in shells. Now I think about it the neck pup cover needs fastening down - it has the habit of ridding up. A lacky band would sort it, or just take it off. Strings are new light guage

    Hi Pics as promised Nut width about 39mm - it feels a bit wider than my jazz bass but not as wide as my Sandberg Gig bag included My local tec did a set up on it and replaced the input jack socket Phil

    Rumbles are good - I've got a Genz Benz 500 which is brilliant but a bit heavy - should have gone for a TC electronics still it beats lugging 2 4x12 marshall cabs and a Matamp 100 amp around which is what I did as a youth in the 70's (wish i hadn't sold the ampo tho - lol)
