  1. My word, this is a step up! Thanks, Norris.
  2. Hello, you fine pluckers! Since reading some of the threads on here, I'm feeling really inspired to build something of my own. I've caught building bug and emphatically so. I'm studying an access course in Engineering soon and there's a section of it dedicated to CAD (Computer Aided Design). I was thinking about tinkering with designs and making something of my own with it and potentially getting some bits CNC'd or to use CAD to aid my progress as a complete newbie. As an example, I had the idea of designing a headstock that has the element of all of the basses I've GAS'd hard over the years and combining the 'average' shape of them. A tad uncreative, I know. Does (or has, rather) anyone experimented using CAD in conjunction with luthiery at all?
  3. Hey, y'all. I fancy trying something a bit different and a tad tubular. Anyone here own or owned any Eden rigs? I'm potentially eyeing up a WT-600 and a matching 2x10 to go with it. Thanks for reading.
  4. If I buy it, do I get the sweet slap chops that are in the video?
  5. Potential price drop looming. Will listen to trades!
  6. And going up! Potential price drop looming.
  7. Hello, fellow low-enders! Up for grabs is my Greenboy F112. In relatively used (but not gigged) condition! As with the 'marks' on the front grill, I've adjusted the price accordingly. New keyboard purchase means I need to change my bass gear a bit. Below is Ed Friedland's wonderful demonstration of the cabinet. Save yourself an 8 week wait, £250 and grab mine! I'm based in West Sussex. £499.
  8. Hey, Dolando. I don't see why not. PM me for more deets and all the usual jazz.
  9. Greetings, everyone! A lack of room and the addition of a digital piano forces this reluctant sale but hey 'oh. Up for grabs is a great Yamaha BB615 with a hardcase. Superb quality, barely a mark and well looked after. If one is to imagine taking the renowned Yamaha quality and add a neat active preamp, you'd have this bass. I'm based out of a West Sussex. Feel free to ask me any questions and for more (and recent) pictures.
  10. Someone please buy this before I get tempted to obliterate my overdraft! 😅
  11. I'm shocked this hasn't sold yet. I own the 5 string version and it's by far one of the best basses I've ever come across. That level of aforementioned quality for £400?!

  13. Bump for Graham! Lovely chap to deal with.
  14. So, how many of you play in a tribute band? Tell us all about it. How far do you go into replicating the original? Do you replicate the live or studio versions of the songs more closely? Any funny stories? I currently play in a Kaiser Chiefs tribute band called 'Kaiser Cheats' myself! Cheers, y'all.
