      I had a bout of this in 2019, nothing the physio did sempt to improve the situation and the exercises didn't help a great deal.  As I'm allergic to Ibuprofen I couldn't take advantage of anti inflamatories either.  Thought I was going to have to say goodbye to bass playing with a strap.  As the gig list was a bit depleted last year for some reason, the shoulder seems to have settled and is now pain free.  Hope you get lucky Rich

    Watch the Chernobyl TV mini-series. If you are 40 or over, you will probably recall seeing the news when you were young. You will want to see this series. It is very, very good. Moving and true to the events that shook the day and following years.

      Got to admit I was very impressed even in the bits they simplified (a single scientist representing the many in terms of the investigation).  As a materials engineer, the bit with the graphite blocks was chilling.
