I'm fresh outta waistcoats myself but.....

There we go, me playing with "Central Station" a local songwriters (Simon Todd) backing band. I don't play with them much any more as he doesnt do much in the way of full band gigs, mostly acoustic stuff.

Since I posted in this thread I aint touched my bass to play it! (though I did pose with a tan waistcoat, does that count.) Though i have been sorry feeling for myself quite a bit since i auditioned and just cant get back into the swing of things. This thread must be cursed.

Fast Forward 2 years, 1996. Bass guitar & dodgy free mcdonalds sunglasses added to the mix....

January 1994 - the Legend Begins..... Girl meets waistcoat, two years previous to buying her first bass guitar!

I have two days off a week (that are child free) so I would say 2 or three hours each day, making between 4-6 hours plus if like last week I'm cramming for auditions, an extra hour most nights after work and a few hours on a Sunday, getting randomly interrupted by a 5 yr old girl & her pink ukelele who tries to distract me & feed me biscuits. So roughly ten - twelve ish hours if needed. 4 to 6 hours if not.

Thanks again folks, I'm feeling loads better in reflection of the past weeks antics. Still no texts or emails saying I'm "not suitable" though! Which proves that they most definately are top grade penises! Deepdown I really hope the guy they picked turns out to be heavily unreliable & their decision bites them in the butt. I'm not bitter! Saying that, everything happens for a reason, there will be a good one behind this no doubt.

I wouldn't be too fussed if I was told "thank you but no thanks" I think no response at all is just plain rude. Maybe I am just to.sensitive.

If I didn't have my pj's on I would do my version of the pic, though I don't have a sunroom/conservatory. Actually I may already have a pretty appallingly suitable mid nineties bass picture.
