I have 2 of these and this is the backup so not had a lot of use ..great looking passive PJ bass .. weight is 4.9kg.. 35” scale string spacing looks 17.5/18mm .. small mark/blemish on bottom horn as shown .. Includes GIgbag and uk postage Schecter's Exotic basses pay tribute to some of the greatest basses out there, whilst providing a modern touch to the design and aesthetic. This results in a bass that is known to stand the test of time, alongside feeling, sounding and looking fantastic. The neck on this bass is made of roasted maple. This makes for an incredible strong and durable neck that will stand up to life-on-the-road and humidity changes fantastically well. The abalone inlays are a real standout feature and look beautiful against the dark ebony fingerboard. The side dot markers are glow-in-the-dark, allowing you to navigate the fingerboard even on dark stages. The neck is slim and has a modern feel; combined with jumbo frets it results in a great playing experience. The body of the bass is made from Black Limba, which is visually stunning. Combined with the black hardware and binding, it really looks beautiful. The great sound of the pickups is supplied courtesy of a pair of Schecter MonsterTone-J & P. This gives you the full P bass sound but you can blend some J in there for extra sparkle if you wish to.

Just sold Jamie my ashdown ABM ..excellent basschatter ..great communications 🤟..fast payment ..thanks again Jamie 🤟

Personally think it looks better than the Ernie ball with the slightly longer bottom horn ..as for the headstock it is an improvement but I think they could have gone further..I’m so tempted to take my orbital sander to it ..🤟😂..I have upgraded my tuners to black and put a clear pick guard on it ..I’ll probably do the bridge and plate black ..

Love mine ..for £349.00 from bax I can’t fault it ..curious about the bottom horn …was slightly put off by the stumpyness from the online pics ..but I’m pretty sure they’ve changed from the original mine seems slightly longer ..probably a pointless remark 🤟🤣..

Great bass head .purchased off fellow basschatter Walshy ..hand built in UK ..I believe it’s had a recent service by ashdown ..I have this along with an Ampeg v7 on sale here ...both great amps can’t keep both so whichever sells first the other will be removed. https://ashdownmusic.com/products/head-of-doom?srsltid=AfmBOortUWcsMLHKweXn7IPWCDgNIOoadTVRm8UUct53VtDq3DsmRvqZ

Surplus to requirements..in good condition and includes box and UK postage Trondheim Audio Devices SkarBassOne simply sets up bassists with studio-quality sound on stage by delivering “Great Sound Made Easy.” Starting with the conclusion that an effects chain made up of a separate overdrive, compressor and equalizer never delivers the optimum results, the Norwegian team came up with a solid all-in-one solve: the SkarBassOne. The Trondheim Audio Devices SkarBassOne: 100% Analogue Bass Sound The SkarBassOne harnesses a FET compressor with a super-fast attack and release, meaning that your playing dynamics are fully articulated. The Mid filter, meanwhile, hands you full control over the balance of your bass sound with the other instruments in the band and the Tone pot functions as a hi-cut filter, ensuring a prominent live sound where needed. From there, you can give your output a subtle push or apply some thick overdrive via the Drive pot. Since this is a two-channel stompbox, your sound can even be varied in real-time: hit the Red Channel to add the Tone and Drive sections or hit the Blue Channel to keep things clean.

Just had delivery of my z3 5 string £399.00 from Bax …action was a little highl but adjusted saddle height and all good didn’t need to touch truss rod ..bridge seems good tuners okay fret work all good (no high spots)..I needed a stingray sound for some rhcp and rage against tracks really can’t fault for the money ..i like the eq and it’s nice to have a passive control though there is no tone control when passive .no neck dive and the headstock is a little smaller I think so not as fugley as the p’s and j’s .mine is antique white and does look better without pick guard ..I may make a clear one ..
