  1. It's 10lbs, there or there abouts. Balances really well and feels proper solid.
  2. For sale is my Marcus Miller v7 fretless. I bought this this year, I'm the second owner and it's in excellent condition – barely a mark on it. Selling as is always the case, to fund something else. These are seriously good for the money, especially for someone wanting to dabble in the fretless world for the first time. The preamp is a powerful 18v and is turn-off-able (definitely a word) so you have best of both Jazz bass worlds. Collection would be preferable but I do have a box so something could probably be arranged. Any questions, just ask. I have a feedback thread:

I recently bought a pedal from Chris - it was a pleasure and I would do so again. Cheers!
  4. Every time an ACG pops up on here I instinctively want it, haha. I've had 7 and they've all been superb. My Krell will always be my #1. GLWTS.
  5. I remember this one. I have a Krell which Drew specced too and it's amazing. Good luck with the sale, I wish I could take it off your hands.
  6. Oh hold/pending
  7. Bought a pedal from Geoff. Great price, fast shipping, no fuss. Deal with confidence. Cheers!
  8. Thanks for the kind words Stu. I absolutely love this bass but needs must at the moment sadly.
  9. Hi mate, it's a satin finish over the whole bass including the neck.
  10. Absolutely! The SEQ is simpler than the full blown versions so a great intro as you say. I love the filter pre 👍
  11. If it's the filter preamp making folks unsure, at this price it'd still be a bargain to drop a 3-band in.
  12. Sadly I really do need to let this go now so it's priced accordingly. This is a beautiful bass, great weight, well balanced, has a low action and plays like a dream. Body wood – black limba Top wood – curly redwood Neck – lightly asymmetric, maple/wenge/padauk Fingerboard – acrylic impregnated wenge Pickups – ACG overwound single (neck) ACG humbucker (bridge), both have toggles for splitting Electronics – ACG/East SEQ+ preamp. Essentially a powerful tone control for each pickup plus a global treble control for adding extra bite (think Wal or Stingray) Hardware – Hipshot, Dunlop strap pins Weight – 8.8lbs Scale length – 34" Shipping is go-able and collection is always welcome too. I would potentially consider a trade for something of lower value and cash my way. A new one to this spec would set you back £3000+ so this is a ridiculous bargain.
  13. Good stuff, glad you're enjoying it!
  14. The neck single coil is overwound so it's fairly aggressive tonally, the switch is a coil tap which knocks it back to make it smoother and mellower. Does that make more sense?
  15. Hi mate, it's pending at the mo as I'm away this week but looking likely.
  16. Apparently so but I couldn't say 100%. It's really light and resonant.
  17. Fair point. Scale length would be 34".
  18. Me too. If you photograph it wrong it can look a bit idiosyncratic but there are certain angles which really make it look great. Hopefully the above is one of those, haha.
  19. *Price drop to £600* I’m selling my recently acquired Maruszczyk Jake. It’s a superb Precision and incredibly light at 7lbs. I’ve found that very lightweight instruments aren’t always particularly resonant or full sounding but this one really is, I was surprised at how great it sounds; superb sustain too. I’d love to keep it but I have my eye on something in particular! One thing to note is there's a bit of an irregularity in the finish on the top horn (pictured). Body wood – alder Neck – Jazz neck, maple Scale length - 34" Fingerboard – rosewood Pickup – Delano Electronics – passive Hardware – Maruszczyk Weight – 7lbs I don’t have a case for this but I’m willing to ship (GB only) and I have a super sturdy double-walled box and a ton of wrap so it’s very do-able. Collection always welcome too. No trade offers please. Any questions, drop me a PM.
  20. **priced to go - now £1100** I’m selling my ACG Skelf, acquired from here last year. I’m a bit obsessed with ACGs and this is one of the best I’ve ever played. It’s beautiful bass, well balanced, has a low action and plays like a dream. I'm loathe to let this go as it's a pretty wonderful bass but there's something specific I have my eye on. Body wood – black limba Top wood – curly redwood Neck – lightly asymmetric, maple/wenge/padauk Fingerboard – acrylic impregnated wenge Pickups – ACG overwound single (neck) ACG humbucker (bridge), both have toggles for splitting Electronics – ACG/East SEQ+ preamp. Essentially a powerful tone control for each pickup plus a global treble control for adding extra bite (think Wal or Stingray) Hardware – Hipshot, Dunlop strap pins Weight – 8.8lbs Scale length – 34" I don’t have a case but I’m willing to ship (GB only) and I have super sturdy double-walled box and a ton of wrap so it’s very do-able. Collection always welcome too. Any questions just drop me a PM. I'd be interested in trades for a 4 stringer, especially a Warwick neck through of some sort. I would say trade value would be more but open to discussion. Ordering a new one to this spec would set you back £3000+ so it's a bit of a bargain!
  21. On hold, trade pending.
