1. The bass I had my eye on has gone so it is now open to all trades. Drop to £775. Reduced to £800 in light of the dating confusion. Selling below its true value so would expect same in trades. May trade for cheaper P bass plus cash. Stingray, MM Sterling, Westone. All trades really (no 5 string basses etc). Up for sale, my Fender P bass made at the Fullerton bought off a fellow BC'er Rog2611 earlier this year. Circa 1979. The guitar dater project puts it between 1978-81. It plays and sounds very well. Truss rod adjusts freely. As far as I know its all original. There's plenty of photo's to look at so if anybody spots something please let me know. Its not a collectors bass and has plenty of chips and scuffs. Has plenty mojo though. It weighs in at 5.1kg and is 42mm at the nut. UPDATE - There is a pic of the pup and I think it says 81 on the end of the serial, I think this gives a manufacturers date of 1981. After a bit of research I've found that the S9 on the serial donates 1979 but up until 1982 some Fenders were built using older parts. I have also found that on the foil on the back of the scratchplate that there is a scratched on date that reads 4/21/81. So, what I believe we have is a Precision that was assembled by Fender in 1981 comprising of - 1979 neck 1979 body (serial sticker in neck pocket same as headstock) 1981 pups 1981 pots The plate could be any of those dates but has the extra screw hole. Not all 81's have them so could be 79. The rest of the hardware unknown but definitely pre 82. I've had a few requests for trades abroad. I won't ship the bass outside the U.K. unless it is a straight sale and the buyer arranges their own insured courier. There is no hard case available but I will source one at the buyers expense and ship it in that. Plus postage or collect from BB22SH (would much prefer pick up). 2. My trusty P bass. Virtually always my first choice. It plays and sounds very well indeed. It weighs in at a pretty light 3.7kg. Its in good condition for its age. It has a couple of little dings and surface scratches but nothing serious. A Fender decal has been professionally applied by the previous owner but he had copies of the original Squier ones made which I will include in the sale. A few of the pics show it with cream pup covers and a Fender neckplate but these were replacements. I have put the stock covers and plate back on. The only mods as far as I am aware are - a tug bar and when I changed the pup covers it looked like the cavity had been shielded. Its a great quality P bass. Price plus postage or collect from BB22SH. Photos at - http://s871.photobuc...r?sort=3&page=1
 3. Updated photo's of under the plate and control plate. Also photo of some damage which I cant remember being there before going away! I will have words with my son... Hence the reduction. Silver Series Jazz, in very good condition for year. I bought this off a fellow BC'er last year. It was his backup and he said it was the closest thing to his 62 that he had found. Started to peel a bit on the headstock, the gloss on the back of the neck has all but gone. Has a couple of tiny dings and a couple of surface scratches but nothing bad. the scuffs will probably polish out. It plays and sounds very well and has no problems. Weight pretty light at 3.7kg. Currently strung with flats. Got my eye on something so a few basses are going up for sale. Price plus postage or collect from Blackburn BB22SH. 10. Why has no-one snapped this up? I paid £275 for mine and its worth every penny. That makes yours an absolute bargain!
 11.
If you do decide to sell, I'd be interested in the P110C cab. Might even be interested in the combo, but not both.
Hi, I'm not really looking to sell or get rid of it at all but if I could trade for some Orange gear or perhaps AER I would. As you probably know the Promethean stack a brilliant little set up and frankly difficult to replace and i dont really want to have a hand full of cash and nothing to spend it on... Cheers

 13.
I contacted them very prompt reply but it weighs 11lbs!
I have a 79 in Olympic that weighs about that. Even though my back really doesn't like it, its worth the pain for the joy of playing it...

 15. (The price is not really applicable as I would prefer to trade) As above. Combo in very good condition with padded carry case. Puts out a good 250w as a standalone unit. Its excellent for rehearsals and is ultra portable. The 500w head can also be easily detached if you dont want to carry the whole combo around. A brief summary can be found at the link below. http://en.euroguitar...110/141215.html Extension (250w 8ohm) when added gives you a loud 500w compact stack. Its in very good condition apart from a slight knock on one corner. Its not bad and does not impair the cab in any way. Comes with fitted cover. Summary at link below. http://www.musicians...speaker-cabinet I love this setup and I really don't want to part with it as its so versatile but I've recently become very fond of the "Orange" sound. I've got a Terror 500w head that I had been keeping as a spare but I'm finding myself using it as my main. I still want a compact rig so I'm looking at some sort of trade. Either for a TB500 combo or for an SP210/12. Perhaps AER - Eden etc. Photos at - http://s871.photobuc...n?sort=3&page=1
