Here is my excellent as new USA Spector Shorty no 25 handmade in Woodstock and as designed for Garry Tallent. I bought it new from Bass Direct last year and it has hardly left the case and has never left the house. The bass is absolutely great it will not disappoint and comes in a Spector hard case. I bought it because I wanted a short scale quality bass and I have now made one that I love, hence, the Spector is for sale. Here is my very nice MIK Ibanez 5 string Prestige made in Korea. It is a lovely through neck construction bass that has seen a bit of life. There are marks on the front and back, nothing to cause any concern, it is a bit "Roadworn" but it is real Player Wear that just adds to the character. There are a couple of marks where wood does show through by the bridge pup where the thumb has been and belt marks on the back but not through to the wood. It is a players bass and not a collectors item but it is absolutely gorgeous! The bass has Bartolini pick ups ( I think on the Prestige they are custom), vol control. pup selector, bass, treble and mid controls. It is a very very nice bass to play and sounds really, really nice. It has recently been restrung with Dean Markley rounds. It comes in an old but very serviceable Soundland hard case. Forgot to mention, there is a dust cover missing off one of the Gotoh machine heads. It isn't a problem but should be noted. Here is my lovely 2009 Fender Road Worn Jazz in Fiesta Red. It looks, sounds and plays really lovely. I recently bought it off the site but Jazz basses and me don't really get on. I keep trying them but at heart I love my Precisions and one day I will learn. Anyway, it is roadworn with all the knocks and bangs that they have. It looks, feels and plays like an old bass but with the added advantage of modern technology. It has a little ding on the neck that you can't feel and I don't know if that is "Roadworn" or a ding, either way it doesn't affect anything. The bass comes in a Hiscox Lite Flite hard case. I live near Chipping Norton and you are more than welcome to come and collect it and try it out. Alternatively, I am happy to ship at the buyers expense. No trades thank you.
