1. I've used those connecters for work with sensitive measuring equipment and they work great. Really like this build, that body looks lovely, its going to be a cracking bass
 2. Blimey I never really looked at 'basses for sale' before listing this, didn’t realise how busy this part of the forum was BUMP
 3. Firecreek 5 string P bass 34” scale 19mm string spacing at bridge 9mm string spacing at nut 21 frets 12” board radius Absolutely stunning flame ash body, super rare in this quality 5 piece hard rock maple neck with black accents, perfectly quarter sawn Padouk fretboard, very similar to rosewood just a bit more red Oil and wax finish on the body Spirit finish on the neck, feels so good like bare wood but protected Nordstand NP5 pickup Russian NOS PIO cap Alpha pots Plays like an absolute dream and has real quality tone and character, very fast attach on the notes and very punchy. I've giged it a little but its still in perfect condition. Any trial welcome in Worcester. Just let me know if there are any questions or if you would like more photos. I broke my wrist yesterday so I can’t record any sound clips for a few weeks! Not really looking for trades at the moment I do travel about a lot for work so I can probably deliver in person. 4.
I've used one of these a lot over the last ten years or so - really nice medium power amp. What is the thing above the footswitch socket?
I dont know! It was on there when i got it (about 4 years ago?)
 5. Selling my pre Fender SWR 220 head £200 not really interested in any trades right now Its 220watts @ 4 ohms Dont let that put you off its a loud amp. I've played with very loud rock drummers with this and it kept up without a sweat, any louder and the whole band would have to go through the PA. This has tone to die for, real powerful punch and clarity without sounding at all sterile or harsh. The 4 band parametric EQ allows for huge variation in sound. Only 7kg without that thin class D sound. No fan and does not get hot! It's been well used and a bit taty but works perfectly, its also a really good double bass amp Its had the aural enhancer mod done to give it a flat response which really helped get rid of the scoop and help the punch. http://www.talkbass....-bypass.643201/ Manual here http://support.swram...dfs/st220om.pdf 4-band paragraphic EQ, Mono effects loop, Adjustable electronic crossover, Adjustable limiter, Power amp clip LED, Pull transparency switch, XLR record out with pad and ground lift, Preamp out/power amp in jacks I live in Worcester but travel about a lot for work so can deliver if required
 6.
Hi Nugget, check out this thread. You can get a FDeck clone made in the UK for a very reasonable price. I have one and it works great.
Cool tip, i've just ordered one of these clones. Cant wait to try it
 7. I know this should be in the wanted pages, just thought it might reach more DB players here I'm looking for either an Fdeck or a Headway preamp

 12. T-Rex Squeezer Great valve compressor, very versatile really fills out the tone as well as being a very good compressor with no loss of highs or lows Comes with box, original PSU and user manual It's been used and has velcro on the bottom, a couple of very small paint chips on the side but everything functions perfectly Only selling it as I've just got an amp with a cracking valve comp (which sounds just like this one) Not really looking for any trades except possibly a guitar multi FX unit, delay pedal or tremolo pedal Price includes postage

 15.
Any close up pics of the headstock?
Sorry I dont, I'm away in Devon for a couple of days I'll take some when I get home
 16.
I went to see Nugget last week as I’m saving for a deposit on a bass he’s hopefully going to make for me and had the chance to have a play on this and its fantastic, so much so I’ve changed my mind on what I want and he’s going to make me a 4 string version. It’s got so much soul and that I haven’t got from other basses, much more expressive than a regular fretless for some reason. Someone’s going to get a real bargain here.
Hi Rob Thanks, But with your talent you could play a tennis racket and it would sound great!!!! See you soon Dave
 17. 18.
Action looks high, can it be adjusted?
It's the angle of the photo, the action is pretty low, not crazy low. Yes the action can be adjusted by filing the saddle grooves just like you would a nut
