  1. the fuzzrocious pedals in the smaller cases with the top mounted jacks will fit just about anywhere!

i think the "ram the manparts" looks really interesting, check it out (and any of the others ry makes)

  2. the TFR can get way too bassy too easily, the useable range for me on the tone pot is pretty small, goes from too bassy and smooth to way too thin pretty quickly, but there is a nice bit inbetween

but yeah, the dist knob is maxed.

  3. i love the way the cloth grille looks, but no way would that thing last on tour! had to go for the metal, i might take it off and spray it a different colour though.

you should velcro the PS2 to the top of the power supply!

I did. Not my thing at all. Souded all woolly and, well, "vintage" to me. Not my thing.

ahh fair enough, yeah it is pretty warm & vintage sounding on its own, i have a massive 1khz mid boost before mine, which made my bass a bit harsh sounding without the vintage to soften up the drive

  6. syb has dodgy tracking, ok for single slow notes though and has some squelchy sounds and nice bass wobbles (especially with exp pedal)

i think the markbass super synth is awesome, loads of great sounds, but fiddly to dial in with the software (i only ever made one sound since my computer is broken) if they had some sort of iphone app i'd probably make a lot more.

i did notice the markbass SS lacked some of the OOMPH that some of my other synth pedals had (pigtronix mothership synth) but it was the only one to sound like a 'proper' synth.

i just blend mine in a loop with an OC2 to add in the fatness.

it all depends on what TYPE of synthy sounds youre after

  7. grabbed myself a B3 from gumtree, havent had a proper go with it yet

im LOVING the pitch delay, sounds exactly like my earthquaker devices rainbow machine, but with more versatility.
