There was no option for me, we use the PA's of the venues.

I really really want a rickenfaker
which are the ones to look out for? and which are the ones to steer clear of? -
I dont care about post count either, i just want a custom title again, but i guess i don't mind waiting until i reach 250 posts.
-
ahh right, funky.
You can put your own title in after 250 posts.
But if Dood got all his back, why can't we? -
to fill a 1U space, the best thing to put in is a blank panel (with grills/slots in) and put a bright blue "rope light" thing behind it, or something like that.
-
What's going on there then?
I just want my custom title back... but now i need like a million posts to get there again? -
ill take em if they're not gone.
-
but not all of mine are used in a musical way, noise is ace.
i love my feedback loop. -
Haha wow, never had the need for more than a footswitch for my amp. Nice and clean with the tinyest bit of reverb is the tone I use 99/9% of the time so can't imagine ever needing that many pedals. Do you lot use them ALL often or just a select few?
in a typical set ill use them all, mostly the distortions though. -
It's all about vintage styled fenders for me.
for for the analog....like a dm-3
still no pic of mine yet sorry, but check my sig to see my almost cartoon version of it
SB1 > FUZZ PROBE > ZOOM 506ii > MODDED BIG MUFF > UB1 > METAL ZONE > CS100 > DHA DUAL CUSTOM BASS >PS-3
Have you thought about putting that Zoom 506ii in some sort of true bypass loop pedal? i've found it to be a king in the field of tone suck. -
The best octave down ive heard was built into my old ashdown ABM 300 EVO II head, if the ashdown octave pedal uses the same circuitry (no idea if it does) it could be worth looking at.
right now i'm using an old Digitech WH1 for all my octave needs. -
not a bad board at all, get rid of the odb-3 and replace with at least a haf decent overdrive and its all good!
see, everyone talks bad about the ODB-3 (myself included), everytime i've tried one in shops i've hated the results, but a bassist from another local band used one into my rig and it didnt sound so bad, he had it set at unity gain and it seemed to dissapear in the mix when he switched it on, but set a bit louder it could have been alright.
Horses for courses. -

This is my present board. Changes pretty often though. Love it to bits. Can get really really filthy and can make some very weird noises too.
Hey Joe, i'd be interested in knowing your signal chain.
Here's a recent shot of my board:
and i have an ISP decimator pedal in the back of my rack.
Post your pedal board - Basschat style!!

I just need to sort out a Muse/Hysteria sound, has anyone tried the EHX Nano Metal Muff or the Tonefactor Huckleberry? I think Steve (TaySte_2000) has one? It looks like we all like the Korg DT10!
With the hellbaby running into it, i think the prunes and custard can get a hysteria ish tone.
