  1. Up is a new and unused G4M double bass hardcase. My bass arrived in this and has never been back in it! These are out of stock now and not due back in til end of the month. I am in the middle of a house move so I am open to offers, especially if you can collect. I do travel a fair bit at the moment so meets ups are possible too. Would happily put cash towards a deal on a decent upright pickup system.
  2. Hey guys! I simply cannot justify the amount of cabs I own. Last in first out is this completely mint Epifani UL210 with Cover. It is as new and has had 2/3 hours studio use since I bought it. Really solidly built. A fast and percussive cab, very balanced and natural, and noticeably lighter than my Berg. If it did the less extended warm vintage thing my Berg does, I'd swap it in a heartbeat. Trail and collection available in Liverpool. I travel a lot with work so meet ups are possible too.
  3. GAS got me! I just bought Ben's Solidgold Beta. Cracking condition, great price, great comms, rapid and secure shipping! A credit to our community
  4. Bought a fishman platinum pro last week. Great comms, great price, item was securely shipped and recieved in as new condition. Deal with confidence!
  5. How's you get on with the power handling on this? I'm looking at the exact same rig. Well, I've got my MBX, on this thread looking for a tiny head to pair it with!

  7. I reviewed this bass. It's fantastic, one of the best of the run! GLWS
  8. Looking at one of these at the moment, and it appears they're now twice the price! Glad people are getting on with them, it looks like a serious contender
  9. Anyone actually buy the gnome? At £111 for the bog standard one, thats an insane bargain.
  10. How is this still here?!?! Its a steal! I sadly don't need a 2nd one
  11. Long gone I'm afraid! My mistake. I do have a pro I might part with. I need to have that chat with myself first 😂
  12. I had the WMD Geiger as above. Had two weeks in a studio producing with my band, I used to nearly every day on something, by the 4th day I'd bought a pro...... Its a beast of a thing! Sadly not getting tonnes of use any more as 3Sigma have done a plugin model of it that is fantastic!
  13. Massive longshore but if anyone bought one and wants rid of it, drop me a DM 🤐
  14. Agree with Trav Etienne is a top dude, deal with confidence on what will be a very well looked after bass. It's a bargain too! Good luck with the sale dude
  15. I forgot all about the Epi 110! They look quite amazing. I don't suppose anyone has tried the Epi and the BF and can comment?
  16. Thanks for all the feedback dudes! My BF 210 was possibly the best cab I've ever owned, it had the tolex peeling early on and when the dealership contacted them they got super aggressive with them, and it really put me off unfortunately. I'd love to grab a One10 in honesty, but I dunno, it left a really sour taste in my mouth! There is a One10 for sale atm and it had definitely got my eye, ill have to see if I can forgive them 🤣
  17. Hello BC'ers! With some gigs actually on the horizon I've been rethinking my live rig a bit. I currently have a Bergantino HD210, which I absolutely love, but rarely take it out if I don't have to with it being nearly 30kgs. I've got a few gigs in the book already where I know I will need a small ish amp so I just wanted to see what people have bought and got on with really! Contenders in my mind are Darkglass DG210, Ashdown RM210, Markbass - Ill consider anything. I had a Barefaced Retro 210 that was excellent until it fell apart. FWIW - The head I'll be using is a Mesa Walkabout. Thanks in advance!
  18. Ahhhh if that B wasnt for Through-Body I'd have bitten your hand off. Great set at a bargain price.
  19. You're not wrong! They made me two custom CTM15s years ago which I sadly had to sell, service was excellent.
  20. I'm looking for any advice from anyone that has played or owned one or hopefully both of these! I run a small commercial studio as well as being a session bass player. I'm looking for a decent tube amp that will do that expected tube amp thing in the studio and for smaller gigs. I've very keen on either of these but both have pros and cons for me, and Im looking for any advice from owners. I love that the PF50T has self loading, every amp should have this, just for safety alone! - However there will almost always be a mic on it so it's not a dealbreaker. I kind of feel like some people listen with their eyes, so something with Ampeg written on it is always good for a studio. The biggest plus - it's THAT sound, and I love THAT sound. I love the Stubby for the feedback control, from everything I've heard it seems like you really can convincingly get anything from SVT to B15 to Bassman - this is super attractive - if this has self loading it would be an easy winner. I've also had an LB30 drophead on loan for a few weeks and I'm getting on well with it. Both about the same price. Both as easily available. HEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP
