  1. I have seen a pic, not the most pretty bass, but I pick sound over looks
  2. Okay, thank you. No NTF here, so maybe I should just hold on to my fretless Fender
  3. I have a mexican fretless jazz I would like to trade to "something else". A guy offered med a BTB575, a model I know nothing about - and I can't see any info om the internet. How are the two compared if we compare the price? I already own a Ibanez SR, and I like that bass - but I don't know the BTB series. Any help in here?
  4. After goofing around with the B3n I find myself returning to two effects. The RC Boost and the Roger Mayer Voodoo thing is just my cup of tea (Well, two cups)
  5. I play bass and sing backup. Try my best to lay down harmonies etc. Does anyone have experience with TC Helicons Harmony Singer, or the Voicelive/Perform series? Interested in what would be the best choice for a simple solution to get a good harmony effect.
  6. You are so right my good man. Beat that nasty thing in 2019 and again as we speak (uhm, write). Sometimes life is actually pretty good
  7. Now the real dumb quesition: Can I use the computer software on a iPad or a Chromebook? My old Mac is on the verge of death
  8. How do that work out for you, both with active/passive bass?
  9. Great thread guys, Thanks a whole lot
  10. Let's say you play in a rock band (don't we all?). What would be the essential effects to have lined up on your Zoom? I would start with the limiter/comp - then I would go with the Ampeg SVT - then an octaver - an overdrive - and finally a noise gate. How would you make your essential chain?
  11. I love Zoom, too. I have the good old B3, B1four and the B3n - I think they are all great products at amazing prices
  12. No chain, just the Voodoo Bass with settings at noon - Gain around 40%
  13. I love the fact that B3n has that rarely seen Voodoo Bass from the Jimi Hendrix sound guy. It is great
  14. I just love that Roger Mayer Voodoo Bass effect, smoooooth drive and fat tone
  15. Oh, adding a 15” to my combo, might disconnect the 4x10”?
  16. Oh, my bad. It would be the safe solution to use a 8ohm extension cab. My bad, sorry
  17. Better be safe than sorry, and stick to the 4 ohm extension cab
  18. Better stick to the 4 ohm extension cab
  19. Great, thanks 4 or 8 ohm, does it matter?
  20. Just a quick question to be absolutely certain I don't destroy anything: Can I hook up a second cab to this combo (8 ohm I Guess)?
  21. Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. Have any of you been so lucky to have tried both the old generation of Acoustic amps - and have compared them to the new version of the brand? I would love to get hold of one of the old ones, but I have a feeling that If I get one of the new products I could get seriously disappionted with the sound. Any words on this?
  22. I haven’t a clue how to do that
  23. I can no longer handle my old Trace Elliot 4x10” combo. A guy offered me a Fender Rumble 100 in a trade, but I did not think it would cut it in the rehearsal room with my rock band. What/How much do I need? Just a guess would be a combo with 250 watt and a 15” speaker. Info on this great sounding combo? Experiences?
  24. Yep
  25. Same thought here, I am just in doubt about the internal speaker - I have no idea if it is 4 og 8 ohm
