SOLD

I use one of these on my board and they track very smoothly with an excellent range of natural sounding octaves. I took another in a trade deal as I figured it'd be easier to sell than the vocal FX I had. It's boxed, in excellent condition and is one of the later models with a flat base (the originals had a lip on the sides which made them hard to mount to a pedal board). Yours for £95. PM me or call/txt on 07515929935 Cheers, Pete

WITHDRAWN

Bump natural one sold, white one still fs.
3. This bass was mine, many moons ago. Used to have a Sadowsky pre-amp in those days. It was a belter of a bass and the colour is gorgeous.
4. I'm thinking about selling one of my two DJ5s as I've finally found the four string jazz I've been looking for and splashed out on a pair of them so one of these needs to go. The first is an early, made in Korea model in pearl white with maple board, pearl blocks and white binding. It has the orginal Aero pick-ups installed and a Bartolini NTBT pre-amp fitted. This was my main gig bass for about 7 years or so but now that I've finally found a 4 string jazz that I love and so this doesn't get a look-in. It's the loudest bass I've ever heard with an incredibly beefy tone. It is perfectly set-up and plays beautifully. It has two marks worthy of mentioning. The first is a scratch about 3cm long above the neck pick-up. It hasn't gone through to the wood, but it is more than a surface scratch. It's not visible unless you look for it. The second is a small cigarette burn on the back of the neck. You can't feel it, but you can see it. The bass is wearing a brown tortoiseshell pickguard at the moment but I also have the original white one. The second DJ5 is SOLD Either bass will come in a light-flight type case. Looking for £950 from the white one including UK courier. PM me or get in touch on 07515 929935.
5. Digitech Vocalist LiveFX I bought two of these last year for use with my band - one for singer, one for backing vocals - but shortly after we got a new digital mixing solution which does most of what these things do so they're redundant. Basically they're a programmable multi-fx pedal for vocalists with loads of useful tools like gate, compression, eq, feedback control, reverb, pitch correction and so on. It also can add two voices of harmony which can be either tied to a specific key or, using the built-in mic, can adapt to the song as you play so if you jump from a C major to a C minor, and there's a 3rd in the harmony, it will change from major to minor too. Full details on Digitech's site http://digitech.com/...roducts/live-fx This unit is pretty much unused, just did one gig as our technophobe singer never bothered to get to grips with it. Boxed with power supply. I'm, asking £90 for it. Postage in the UK for £5. Might consider trades for fx pedals or other bass gear which might sell a bit easier here. PM me or gimme a call on 07515 929935 Pete

It's a great looking bass but plays even better.

In good condition, BOSS ODB-3 Bass Overdrive. Decent pedal to add a bit of dirt to your tone without sucking away all of the low end thump. Came my way in a deal but not really my thing. £35 posted in the UK.

SOLD

Picked this up in a deal as I'd not actually played an American Standard Jazz in a long time and because I'm already mightily impressed by my Adam Clayton signature jazz, the intention being to keep one an sell the other. Pics are here https://www.icloud.c...B0QGf693ZG0wJVK I've long been a fan of Laklands and have probably even said that their Skyline jazzes are as good/better than Fender's originals. No more. I've read people mentioning the vast improvements in the US Fenders over the last 5 years or so and I can only nod in agreement as this is a beautifully made instrument (as is my AC jazz). The fit and finish are superb and the rolled fingerboard edges and satin neck lacquer make for excellent play-ability, And of course, it makes all the right noises too - warm and punchy to bark and bite. Rewards fingerstyle with oodles of tone, especially if you dig in a bit over the bridge pick-up and it has great slap tone too. There's a couple of minor dings as seen in the pics but nothing disastrous! It comes with the very impressive Fender/SKB case, truss rod tool with cloth and strap. Here's the full spec from Fender's site at the time... https://web.archive....rtno=0190660700 In the end, I think the AC jazz is a bit prettier and that swings it for me so looking to sell this. Looking for £750 and much prefer a sale than trade, though could be tempted by a US Vintage Hot Rod Jazz (the one with PJ pick-ups) or possibly a post 2012 American Standard Jazz in 3TSB, Mystic Red, Candy Cola or Charcoal Frost finish.
9. Oh good lord. That is one almighty bass. I had a BN6 just like it. 6 was too indulgent, but 5...

11. Think they originally had Bartolini pick-ups and NTMB pre-amp, some made with Duncan pick-ups. Then pre-amp replaced with Lakland's own LH-3 system and later pick-ups replaced with Lakland own pick-ups. Battery was originally in the control cavity then moved to own cavity with quick open cover. Think some early models had a thicker headstock too as I recall having to get a replacement neck for a Skyline I'd bought and was sent a US one but the tuners didn't swap over so had to have new ones of those too.

13. Took this beast in a deal as part-ex. I'm firmly in love with my MarkBass though so looking to sell this and get the rest of the cash value of the bass I dealt. It's a seriously impressive bit of kit with stacks and stacks of tone shaping - dual channel solid state and tube, each with it's own EQ section - plus some presets such as bass boost, mid-scoop and so on. It throws out up to a massive 750w! It comes with a 5 button footswitch allowing quick and easy on the fly access to different tone options and the amp is housed in an ABS rack case. The preamp section is dual channel: one FET and one 12AX7 tube. Each offers our unique 5-band active EQ for enhanced musical response. These channels can be individually selected or mixed together via a 5-button footswitch (included). This footswitch also accesses our Signal Shape circuit offering tonal enhancements for Low Frequency Extension, Mid Scoop or High Frequency Attack. The tonal options are endless - from articulate, quick punch to tube warmth and growl. Incredibly, it delivers the same long list of features as the GBE 1200, with the exception of the chassis details and rated power. The GBE 750 also includes our exclusive POWERFLEX feature, which optimizes the amplifier and power supply sections to deliver near full power at 4 ohms and complete long-term power stability at 2 ohm operation. Power Output RMS 400 W/675 W/750 W 8 ohm / 4 ohm / 2 ohm Preamp Type FET/TUBE Weight 33Lbs. 14. I picked this up in a trade deal recently but I could really do with raising some cash to spend on other goodies so in a last in, first out kinda way, I'm putting it up for sale. Previous owner had it on sale at £975 at the Great British Bass Lounge and the pics and info below come from their description.
