I have and have had a number of Spectors...Most of the euro necks are the same size and feel. Some are clubby. My favorite thus far is the Doug Wimbish signature model BECAUSE of the neck profile....it feels like a 70's jazz....I have 2 of these basses and some others as well. I can make them go from the Spector snarl to almost Wal like when I run 35-95 gauge strings on them. Over the years I have had all kinds of different basses and these make it for me....My signature line below will tell you the whole story...

I am looking for another if anyone knows one for sale!!!

you may be able to find an original one as well. I found one on ebay and it is now in the Grabber I have for sale across the pond...

I have had at least one of each year from 72-96 and then a 2000 and a 2004.

I really meant 110 (one hundred and ten)...I have a list of all of the serial numbers...And then there is a certain cocobolo Jaydee that I really dig that is in my sights!!!

Hey Shaun, find me a decent Jaydee and I have a Rick with your name on it.....midnight blue/BLACK TRIM.....89....neck like no other I have had....you would love it....

Love the Jaydees....I would give up one of the midnight blues for another one if I can find it...Glad to see you are on here as well Shaun!

I thought about selling it...but then I would probably need at least 2 Jaydees for it!!!

the all black with white dots is a 1988 4003s; the one with black dots and checker'd binding is a shadow 1986 and the ALL black is a blackstar #62 out of 200.....Cheers!

That is actually the original midnight blue...in some lights it looks purple....I have other pics of it if you want to see it

I am really enjoying the Jaydees. Some great basses!

Newbie here!
