DPD... don't they send you texts now or something?

I had an Amazon delivery for my house-mate from a heavily accented and surly driver who drove right onto my doorstep and knocked without getting out of the van!  Instead of asking for the recipient by name he demanded to know my name.  I politely told him to tell me who the package was for if he wanted to make his delivery.  I had to ask again before he told me.  It is the subject of an official complaint now.

It's fine giving instruction for deliveries but when gorillas like that do the work I am in doubt as to whether they can actually read them.

Give me strength.
