    Recently aquired a classic J5, superb build quality/hardware, amazed at the versatility soundwise (and it,s passive) very crisp and responsive, but fit,s with most styles/genre,s, mine,s fitted with Delano,s. The neck,s more precision profile than Jazz but getting used to it, i,m a Stingray, Fender Jazz fan. Very understated instrument,s and amazing value, All the best with your sale bud. PB.

    Bought my first 5 string back in 88, took it to rehearsal,s for it,s first outing and the lead singer (female not american) said would,nt it be better to have bought another 4 string? so it would sound more like a bass???

    There BSR 5J pickup,s, i checked the KS website and there standard on the new 5J,s aswell, confused me initially. Hav,nt weighed it, but it,s much lighter than my 79 jazz, easily under 9lb. I,m just used to heavier basses sr5,s etc.hope this help,s bud. PB

    3500+ View,s?? there must be a Stingray 5, or a Fender Jazz, or high end(ish) Jazz clone out there for this quality bass. Try me, You never know?
