1. I had a Squier Jazz from the same era. It was a true delight to play. Whoever is looking at new Squiers or anything else around a similar price to this, forget it. Buy this instead! You'll love it.
 2. I must say, I'm so impressed with how these look. I haven't played one, but I bet it's a pleasure to play. At such a good price I wouldn't bet on this being here for too long at all - good luck with the sale.

 5. A bit like Jane's Addiction - more echo on the vocals! Mind you, then it would sound a little too much like them.
 6.
Jay, does this come with a case ??? Is the price negotiable ?? Thangyouverymuch S
I'm afraid there's no case included for £325 and I wouldn't be prepared to go lower than what is cheap already.
 7. Close to agreeing a price/deal with someone. Still up for now though.

 9. At 31 seconds (the song with the harpsichord, Sherry Beatty) you can hear what it sounds like in the studio - recorded through an old Fender Bassman 100. Simples. http://youtu.be/Wvpl0yJpJEY
 10. This was recorded through a video camera mic - the amp I am using is a Stagg busking amp which should be used for guitar. You'll get an idea of what it sounds like. Sounds quite like a bass Bruce Foxton used to play, or that chap from Yes. Ah - my memory. . . Here y'are. http://youtu.be/xKFCnw0UsAM
 11.
Where are based And what are you wanting in trades. Wanting a semi hollow but can not help myself.
Open to any sort of trade bass related. I live in Ipswich.
 12.
Rick could be a model cat...does he have any backers?
HAHA! Excellent. Yes, roughly 4001 or that could've gone up to 4003 since I last checked.
 13.
Anyone one know how this bass compares to another bass with the same aesthetic quality?
Yeah - I used to have a 4thousand1. With this bass there's no double truss rod, the fretboard isn't laquered and the bridge imo is more friendly. The bridge pick up is also screwed into the body. On my 4thousand1, whilst playing aggressively, it kept failing down into the cavity which was annoying - no such problem here. I also find the bridge pick up is easier to play over - no sharpish edges.
