    Bass weighs 8 3/4 lbs hope that helps However I used the weigh me and the bass then weigh me on my own and I have realised that I need to lose weight!

    Thanks for the info on the nut width I will weigh this when I get in from work this evening, I find it a lot lighter than my BB425

    Yamaha bb1100s natural finish made in Japan 1986 from serial number a couple of cracks as shown the photos but this does not affect playability I would say they have been there for years. for sale or trade for a 4 string passive Yamaha bb 4 string I just prefer passive basses includes gear4 music soft hard case will post for about £25

Now I find my self jumping between both as they are a bit different. However I do have a notion to sell them both and replace them with one either a 1024 or 1025!!! So question is should I or should I just content my self ? any thoughts? [/font][/size]
