  1. ... and I so totally managed to detach a lead in the process. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  2. Just had another look but nope, doesn't seem to have one. 🤷‍♂️
  3. Howdy? As the title says, I love my Rapture's tone but always thought it had low output. Digging online I found some people saying that the Bartolini preamp should come with a trim pot for gain but I can't locate in in mine. Does anyone know if Bartolini made them with and without such trimpot? I suppose I could also swap the NTBT for an Aguilar to sort out the issue, any thoughts on that? Many Thanks Pablo Edit: Typos
  4. Thanks mate, hope you find one at some point!
  5. I'm just going to join in showing my beloved TRB 5P. It blends extremely well live and in studio!
  6. Hi guys, I'm trying to find some info about the weight of the different TRB's and can't really find anything. I've owned a few of these and, as I grow older, I'm trying to be sensible about whether or not I should try and get another one, or if they are out of bounds due to the weight. A few years ago I had to give up a lovely mark 2 6 strings because of the neck pain it gave me. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers Pablo

    Feedback for Aero71

Marinus just bought a P body I was selling. Quick payment and he also arrange for courier etc. I'm more than happy to do business with him again and totally recommend him to anybody!
  8. I still miss mine, pity I can't justify another bass. GLWTS
  9. Hi, Don't have scales I'm afraid, but it is not particularly heavy. The width is about 6.4 cms. Used it with a Warmoth neck so it's good for Fender necks. Cheers Pablo
  10. Hi! Very serviceable P body bass in lovely yellow for sale. Bought it here a few years back, not sure of the wood.Got a box for it so we can discuss postage etc but collection/meet up in London (socially distancing) is much preferred. £40
  11. Thanks guys! The P is in the sweet spot already, as I started working on what was going to be a PJ. Now, the H probably won't be. I also intend to go for a Barttolini H, which I already had in another bass. It wasn't the Ray sound but it was good. I'll be happy with a Ray-ish sound. In any case it will give me something I don't have at the moment! Cheers Pablo
  12. Lol, I looked for 'precision humbucker', never thought of 'Pingray' Ta!😂😂😂
  13. Thanks for that, guys! I was thinking of adding a series/parallel switch and inverting phase as well, I see I'm gonna have to look into that. Any more experiences/opinions anyone?
  14. Hello there, I'm putting together a bass and I'd like to know your opinions. I'm thinking about combining P (neck) + Humbucker (bridge) rather than the more usual PJ configuration. The bass would be passive and with a 3 way switch (P, P+H,H). I've seen very few basses with this configuration, mainly an old Fender American Deluxe series now discontinued. I owned one a long time ago and the sound was interesting, but I was a bit dissatisfied with the stock electronics and sold it. Now I already have PJ and JJ basses, so this P+H would give me something different. I'm gonna use a Bartolini 8S P, still undecided about the humbucker. Suggestions welcome. I also have a Bartolini 9JL1 jazz pup, so feel free to tell me to forget the whole plan and just do a PJ like most people do! 😂 Cheers Pablo.
  15. Que pasada de bajo! Buena suerte con la venta! Amazing bass! Good Luck With The Sale!
  16. Pity in the end I must withdraw my tentative interest, GLWTS!!
