1. Want to get this sorted. Spending time with family after my grandmothers passing so can't do business until next week. Please PM any offers.
2. Will consider cash offers.
3. Wish I could take the DB410 off you. It's definitely on my bucket list. (and the SVT-VR for that matter!!).
4. Bump, Not a urgent sale any more but I'm going to leave it up.
5.
But anyway, I'm the aforementioned previous owner, and it really is a stunning bass. Sounds great, feels great, everything's great. In fact if I was rolling in cash right now I'd probably buy it back. And Dave is a good guy to deal with.
Cheers, Mel. It will leave me a with a heavy heart, such a unique and wonderful instrument.
6. She is in great nick considering she is about to go into her 18th year of service. There are signs of cosmetic wear but nothing that effects the sound or playability of this instrument. Made in 1994, the words 'Made in West Germany' are found on the tuning pegs. The Wenge neck is the epitome for bass necks IMO. The bass balanced so well with the extended arm and weighing under 9lbs it is great for those long sets. Great versatile MEC electronics, anything from blues p bass style to jaco solo style with the P/J Pu's. Had it professionally set up when it was restung and what a good move that was. Action is sitting low evenly across the wenge fretboard. This bass would be well into the thousands if you were to go custom shop at warwick. Asking £400 + Courier. 7. Definitely no courier option?
8. Bump. Would consider larger heads if they went down to 2 ohms.
9.
stupid question but is the Jack cable a normal guitar cable? If so will you do it for £4.50 delivered?
No unfortunately it isn't. It is a TRS cable that breaks off into 2 unbalanced Jack connections. See the second photo. Kind Regards, Dave
10. Last bump before they are put into a box and never seen again! Reduced prices again!
11. Also, should just mention that the Cab is under warranty until 2013.
12.
Eden wtx 500 for lm2? Its 1.7kgs
Thanks for the offer but not for me I'm afraid.
13. Head & Amp On Hold FS (may FT for a cheap combo). Little Mark II: Great condition real performer. 500W @ 4ohms, 300W @ 8ohms. In great condition with a few tiny cosmetic marks. They are really too small to get a good photograph of. [s]£330 + courier. [/s]On Hold Update: Cab on Hold as a deal is pending: [s]Epifani PS210: Great vintage toned cab. My favorite thing about this cabs it he low mids that really thump when called up on. Filled big rooms with this cab before and there's always been PA support when not big enough. 400W @ 4ohms. Been gigged a few times so there are a few small scuffs on it. You'd never be able to tell looking at it, the marks are tiny.[/s]
14. Got a wenge neck on my fortress one. They just don't make them like they used to, true quality.
15. Added photo's and specs for Jack cables. Cleaned up advert a bit also!
16. I've been a Jazz Bass player for my short 7 year career. Only a couple of days ago I picked up a Squier CV P from Bobby K. I'm slowly coming to the neck, I still find it uncomfortable but I'd say the advantages way out that. The tone is beautiful, Its a sound I've been wanted out my Jazz for years. Full bodied with great weight behind it. It's feels more comfortable than my other basses and weighs a lot less too. Most important of all, on the little bits of playing I've managed to get done, it fits superbly in a mix. I'm not going to say I'm a Pbass convert yet, but Im seeing a whole different side to the instrument and my hobby now. Just ordered some TI Flats for it as well! Get them on before its first gig on Friday!
