  1. Hello guys, I'm in a hunt for a good preamp pedal (basically one that would allow me to go with bass - in ear to a gig). Since reading a lot about various fantastic pedals such the Darkglass's one's Aguilar's and such I wanted to taste the waters if in Europe there are some small shops, builders making some boutique, handmade preamps. I've saw the Marleaux one (which is selling on Thomann too). Darkglass and such are (although I like them a lot and respect their work) already a "too big" company for me I want a more "personal" approach and truly a small handmade shop. Can someone help me with some suggestions ? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you

  4. gillent bought it from me. I sold it just because I needed to raise funds for other basses since me already having a sadowsky with this specs. All I can say it's a fantastic bass. Marvelous construction quality/preamp. Also.. Gillento is a supernice and trustworthy guy!
  5. would like to thank Gilles for an amazing deal. He's a trustworthy, friendly and serious person. The Nordy is now safely in his hands. Prompt payment and nice chat through all the process. Big thumbs up for this guy!

  7. Hello, got this lovely Nordy in a trade but my musical projects are "forcing" me to look for a "maple board" instrument and since me already owning a "alder/rosewood" Sadowsky having basically 2 same basses at home ... well.. can't do It's a Nordstrand VJ4 of 2009 in olympic white. It sounds and plays wonderful. Very light and balanced instrument. Is in perfect aesthetic and functional state except for some slight dents on the back of the body. The bass features the alder body and rosewood (on maple) neck, is Made in USA and features Nordstrand NJ4 pickups and Nordstrand 2B electronics. More info: https://nordstrandaudio.com/ As for the exchanges I'm looking for: 1. Musicman Stingray ONLY 5 strings with (preferably) maple neck 2. Fclef, Sadowsky UV ONLY 5 strings with maple neck or "jazz bass on steroids" based on Fender 70s j basses For other exchanges you can contact me too, most I can say no... but I'm particularly looking for the above mentioned instruments. Thanks for looking!
  8. Just wanted to thank Ari aka Bass One for one of the smoothest transaction. Very reliable buyer, nice person to talk with too. Thank you

  12. Had the pleasure owning one for 2 years and I can confirm it's a fantastic bass. Done some recordings and quite a few gigs. Sold it only because I'm a TOTALLY jazz bass guy and couldn't afford keeping it.. otherwise I would have kept it. I've tried lots of P basses (from vintage to modern ones) and this one is the best hands down. Good luck with the sale and sure it will be a happy owner.
  13. The Bach's are, new, like the double of the price of the Bentos. Do they sound better for the double of the price ?
  14. Thanks hometz. All the best for you too!
