  1. I play bass in A Little Bit Outlaw. We are a young (15-17) 4 Peice Contemporary Punk band with influences such as Good Charlotte, Bowling For Soup, Sum 41, The Beatles, R Kelly and artists from all genres.

Since forming in Bolton, Lancashire in 2008 under the name "Nemesis" we have had 2 name changes, and a lineup change resulting in a radical change of direction and much more success. We began gigging in late 2009 and since then we have reached the final of a local Battle Of The Bands, along with playing venues such as Manchester Academy and The Soundhouse in Bolton.

In October 2010 we recorded our first EP at The Fuzzbox, Wigan which can be heard on our myspace and youtube. Join us on facebook for regular updates about gigs and head down to one of our shows to experience our new flavour of punk.

  3. My band use a Behringer Europower PMX2000 (250w per side) into 2 1x12's and 2 1x15's for 2 vocal mics only. Altogether cost us about £600 over the past few years. Can easily get a competent PA for just vocals for under £500, but make sure your not only running 2 1x15's cause that didnt work so well for us, lots of feedback.

Yeah, i had my dads Meatloaf Live DVD on about a year ago and was just sat there thinking how have i not heard of this guy before? Definately underappreciated.

  5. My band once got all 4 members, 2 1x15 PA cabs, PA head, Mics and stands, Peavey Guitar Combo, Marshall Guitar Combo, Line 6 Bass Combo, 2 guitars, Bass, Drum Kit (2 rack toms, floor tom, snare, kick, cymbals and hardware) and our guitarists mum (who was driving) into a Ford Galaxy. That was a tight fit. Nowadays we split it between 2 cars and we have some more speaker cabs for the PA.

  6. I use it all the time. One of the best programs i have. I've had the trial version of GP6 which was rather good, so i'm gonna get that when i can afford to, but for now i will stick with 5.2. Definately worth the money though, especially 6.

They got some funky tunes going on and some amazing animations - I think the music is all done by one bloke.

I like the starship one meself :)[/quote]

I quite like the Pogo Sticks one. Theres alot of really good stuff that i'm quite tempted to learn when i have the time.

  8. Has anyone else on here heard of the genius that is Animusic?

The 2nd gets better after around 2 mintues. Its basically computer generated music and animation, but done in such a good way. I think it uses MIDI sequencing for the music side of things but no idea about the animation.
