This made me think bass lessons with free workshop use as payment? Also, what an awesome bass. Everytime i spotted that in your sig it interested me

  2. Gear4Music 15B. I have the 25w version and its plenty loud, and really reliable. It hasnt messed up on me yet. I dunno about the size of the 15w version but mines not too big, very cheap too. I picked it up in a set with amp, lead, strap, tuner, gig bag and picks for about £80 when i got it.

  3. The supplied Bass-Transmitter lead is a load of Sh*t, but i saw someone use one at a gig i was at and it was pretty good, no signal dropout or anything. I would personally go for the AGK WMS 40 Pro Flexx but you arent me.

Seems they are. I've never really shopped around for them as i have no use for one, but i hadn't spotted one on any sites so i didnt know. Thankyou for enlightening me.

  5. I wear some cheap one size fits all pound shop gloves, and i used to wear some Kona MTB Gloves over them for practice. That room gets so cold we have to warm up one of the guitar amps to get it to work. Ski coat, hat, gloves, scarf and jeans fer me. I hate trying to play on cold strings, makes me thing there gonna be really brittle and snap for some reason.

  6. My band A Little Bit Outlaw are playing Manchester Academy 3 on the 12th of December. Its our first proper gig outside of Westhoughton/Bolton and its set to be a hell of a night. We're also unveiling some new originals that we have just written so that should be good to see. Tickets are £6 on the door. Hope to see some of you there.

  7. I personally would suggest you find some people to play with, maybe have a jam or two with your brother? But i am the kind of guy who started doing this instantly. Joined my current band after playing for just over 1 year.

  9. Got 2 Squier J's. a '94 Affinity J (My guess on the model) and a 2010 Jazz Deluxe V Active. The deluxe is a damn good bass, and the '94 needs a good fix. Gonna refinish it and whip on some new harware.
