I've been using them for years and they are just as good as the Fender CS pickups imo.

It is an exact fit for a Fender body because I tried it on two of my Fender P basses.

The neck is really nice and feels great, it was fitted with a triple string retainer which I will include. The heel is an exact fit for Fender P and J basses.

I don't use pedals live so I've only ever used this at home, it seems to be ok with my bass but like I say, I've not much experience of using pedals. There are a quite a few videos on YouTube that might give some idea as to what it can do.
