[/quote] yes it is very heavy, but im 21 and so i will owrry about my back later, its no heavier than say an SVT 2, its not just about the power (Although it does help with 2 guitars and a drummer), the tone on these is incredible, i run both sections of the pre amp at one time (high and low gain through an ABY) and have the channel gains really higher to give it a really Gritty sound, Really cuts through the mix which is what i want for my style of music! Mr. Foxen thats really interesting i assumed "hand matched" really meant the tech was looking out for me, please tell me i havent been lured into marketing buzz word buying

  6. i have an ibanez sr506 and although its not an amazingly expenisve bass, ive modded it and put a £100 bridge and due to put in some nordy fat stack pups and then get nicer tuners so i want it well looked after! can anyone reccomend any good ones that will fit my big boned bass? xxx
  7. there are none about at the minute i know i bought mine for £800 and i love it, best amp ive ever played wouldnt have anything else. Just wondering what people would pay for one of these. AND WHY THE HELL DONT MESA MAKE THEM ANYMORE!

  10. yeah its fixed bias so you can do it yourself easy, cant remember what power valves they have it but they are alive and kicking believe you mean, i think they are sovtek, i know there are 3x12ax7 and a 12au7 in the driver position for extra headroom, really makes a hell of a difference with all the drive i use.
  11. I think i bought this for £800 but i have seen them go for between £750-£1000, dont see many forsale anymore i am not selling mine but what would you guys say they are worth. Perfect condition and serviced every year by Mike HIll.

Hi big bottom lovers Im having to downsize because we just dont have the car space for this bad boy, love it to bits, great tight low end and plenty of it, a few tolex tears but nothing thats ever bothered me. It has wheels which is a massive bonus for me. Will upload pictures when i get home. Im in no hurry to sell this so No silly offers please collection from Norwich but you can arrange courrier at your own cost if you wish to although collection is prefered
