im sure the B3k ran an the opposite centre polarity than the pitchblack but i havent got it infromt of me. I think maybe what it is, is the fact i have alot of positive centre polarity power adapters floating about that my guitarist got off CPC and i needed a negative centre for the B3k so maybe i just jumped the gun and assumed it was a wierd one. hit me up with your recommendations, im not really willing to pay for a voodoo lab considering im running just 3 pedals at the moment its just they are a mix of battery only and 9v adapter only with both negative and positive centres and it is getting annoying having a messy pedal board. my fx chain is Bass>Korgpitchblack>Morley ABY>Darkglass B3k>Amp I would be looking to spend at most around £80 but hit me up with anything you think would be helpful! what have you had thats more powerful? mine is way too powerful for me... i dont have the volume past 3....EVER.

upgrading the bartolini Mk1's in my SR506 i really want a dirty grity sound but i think im set on either Nordy fat stacks and Big Splits, has anyone used either of these or both and could you comment on them? i run my bass through a B3k and a mesa 400+ to give you an idea tone wise.

if you ever want to sell your 400+ message me Butler, would be great to have a spare i love these amps! I wonder what the differences are between the 400 and 400+??? they look the same

everything about that house is suspicious he has 2 fridges one which hasnt been used ever, but he likes to keep it in the middle of the kitchen to "air" he is also the kind of guy to dig a massive (seemily pointless, but berhaps its for the bodies) hole in the garden and then take a big swig of his aldi beer and pat him self on the back for all his hard work. The hot tap has only just been fixed in the last month or two as before he thought it was too expensive so he broke the tap. i could go on, but he is one strange cat.

bizzare story! may even have to cancel a gig on tuesday Our drummers dad owns the house we practice in, we have our own room and its a really nice set up but apparantly we cant get in to practice tomorrow and maybe not till weds because he took some woman back from the pub last night and she died....thats all i know, i assume the police have quarantined it :S i wonder if the promoter is gonna buy that... :S

im not sure what year mine is i will check and post it here. what do you think is wrong with it? have you checked all the valves? also, never owning a beast such as this before how likely is a fuse to go as i have no spares maybe this is asking too much but does anyone know where to get spare ones for cheap?

i had a Black faced (USA made) SVT3PRO and sold that to fund the mesa.... i think the mesa outclasses the svt3 by miles and miles... :S strange how peoples tastes are different. Mine hasnt blown any valves and i run it through an ampeg 410HLF sounds lovely.

ah isee what your saying! The bad boy hasnt let me down yet and i have had it for a year i meant the mesa, how much did you pay for the mesa new.

i wonder if this guy can play bass whilst on speed aswell as list things on ebay whilst on speed.
