1. Some very tempting offers in my inbox, but as I said, I'm really looking for money, make me an offer?
2. Not really, as I'm using this to fund some other things so need the money, cheers! (If you have something REALLY tempting then try me)
3. Bump for a picture with the case and a price drop!
4. Thank you! I actually discovered the maplin feet right after I posted, I can carry on browsing gear happily now!
5. I know it's an obscure thought but while I was browsing potential gear this became an issue and I'm baffled! Say I had a flat bottomed (physically, not the sound!) amp like a markbass and a cab with a top handle like an Orange SP series. Has anyone ever come up with a way of putting the head neatly on top!? This is a genuine issue in pits etc where there is very little space and surely there must be a simple solution? I considered turning the cab sideways but that would make the feet that are supposed to 'connect with the stage' redundant. Genuinely stumped on this. Has anything been invented for this very purpose!?
6. What valves did you put in? I ask purely as I might try with mine! have a bump too!
7. All pms replied to. Thanks for the trade offers but I've seen what I want so looking for a sale now really! Cheers Dan
8. I will really miss the active/passive switch, it has a really good passive sound too!
9. It's 10lbs 8oz!!
10. 4.9kg which must be able 10lb something! Cheers
11. Given it a little price drop, any more interest?
12. Ooh this looks nice, just waiting for my lakland to sell! Any idea how much it weighs?
13. Yep I've found it really good, which reminds me, I might have to dig it out and have a play!
14. So the time has come to move on my Lakland Skyline 55-02 DLX. It has served me very well over the last couple of years, sounds absolutely brilliant and I'm looking to sell it for the same as I bought it for - [s]£775 £750[/s] £700 It sounds great, and records really well too, to hear it have a listen here to the musical theatre one! It really is a beautiful finish (The DLX in the title simply means it has the great quilted maple top.) It is near-perfect with a few tiny dinks here and there from general use but I had to go looking for them to find them. I tried to take photos of them but none would show up. It has the 35" scale length and a great B string, made in 2002 so it has the Bartolini pickups and preamp which are brilliant. I had the volume push/pull pot replaced at Wunjo's in Denmark street a while ago - good as new now. I am based in South Bucks and pickup would be ideal but am happy to arrange meeting part way for petrol or I can get a quote for an insured courier. I do have a really nice hard case for it in which I will throw in for the buyer. Any questions please get in touch, I really wouldn't sell this if I didn't have to! Thanks Dan
15. You got a weight for it?
16. Very interested if I can get rid of my lakland before this disappears! Do you know how much it weighs?
17. Do you know how much it weighs?
18. sounds like I was lucky!
19. I've had two Silverstone covers for a while now and they are great. Sorry to hear that, I haven't dealt with them for a couple of years mind. But the cover I got looks and protects my little orange cab great!
20. Turns out the guy has changed his mind anyway, so it might be up for sale here pretty soon!
21. Cheers guys, I'll give him the serial number as he seems genuine and let you know what happens.
22. Strange question but I've seen them blurred out in different adverts etc. I'm selling my Lakland to someone and they have asked for the serial number, just wondered if there is any reason I shouldn't give it to them? Cheers! Dan
23. how much does it weigh?
24. Are you able to find out the exact weight? I'm, reluctantly, look for a light replacement for my Lakland 5er after a back injury and this fits the bill!
