1. Evening all I'm thinking of making a bass cab but as its my first one I have a few questions that need answering first I have a 1x15 eminence driver 300w 8ohm that I intend to use but I'm not too sure on the on the correct size of the cab so I found a Genz Benz cab and took the dimensions from it. the dimensions are 22.25 x 23.25 x 16.25 inches. Would this be okay? Also which type of plywood should I use?
2. Absolutely awesome. I want it but sadly cant afford it
3. The Benz is looking good to me. One he'll of a bargain Thanks for the help boys
4.
Need more info. Do you want small and light, yet still giggable, or is a big, heavy cab going to be OK ?
Space is a but of an issue so small and lightweight would be the best for me

7. I'm thinking of getting one of these to go with my Ashdown Little Giant 350 I've seen them going for £200ish at Thomann which seems like a bargain to me Does anyone out there have one or used one? Heres a link to the Eden site http://www.eden-electronics.com/products/exseries/ex112.asp

9. I passed my grade 5 in the summer and now I'm onto grade 6. The jump from 5 to 6 seems to be quite significant. There's a lot of semi quaver runs at high tempo which is prooving to be quite tricky. My teacher told me "in order to play fast first you must be able to play slow". Fair enough I thuoght but it feels like I'm going backwards not forwards. Nevermind moan over and back too it
10. Thanks for the help guys Is there anything else out there worth looking at
11. The b3 is looking like a good way to go. It looks better too
12. Another which pedal question I'm affraid I'm thinking of getting a multi effects pedal and I know absolutely nothing about them. After a bit of searching on the web I've come across these two pedals which seem to offer the complete package at a good price. I'm really interested in the fact that they have a looper, drum machine and recording software included. I think it'll open up my playing by giving me the option of making my own tunes. Price wise they are pretty much the same so thats not a factor. So Is one better than the other and if so which? Are there any others that I should be looking at?
13. I had the same problem when I fitted a j-retro. I choose to go down the clear nail varnish route. Problem solved
