My theory is if you ordered it last year. Paid a deposit but for whatever reason it’s not here yet and arrives middle of this year. You are in. Life’s too short. The fact Jon takes his time to build you a beautiful bass (and you can’t pay until it’s finished)  or there’s no stock of midi components due to covid then that’s not our fault.

Damn… the email from the lottery this morning had me thinking this could be my first purchase with my winnings, even before the Aston Martin and RS6, alas I’m £2245 short still. 🤦🏻‍♂️😡

He did… it’s partly @Dood fault I own a B/Amp. It’s fantastic. I imagine the forte is equally as good!

I had a good start and resisted the temptation to blow loads on a new synth on Monday even though I had a generous discount voucher. However, it might all fall apart if I cave and order a new Rhodes.

 

As for pedals etc., I get a fair few now for beta testing so don’t buy many. I only bought two all last year, and I sold one of those on within 24 hours (rather than returning it).

The purists would say no, nada, not a chance, you’ll go to hell, however life is to short and it’s a bridge replacement. “Your friend” will need to do some deep soul searching and possibly go to therapy of some kind to be able to be comfortable with the decision that he comes to.

might be a stupid suggestion but if it was working when you switched it off at rehearsal, not got a bit of debris preventing the on/off switch working properly just needs clearing out?? Or is the rocker switch working fine to?
