  6. stunning PL5050 from early eighties. ibanez top of the line bass from the era before the sr range. ebony triple bound fretboard with very minimal fret wear. body has pearl white creamy sparkle paint thats in very good condition considering its getting on for 40 years old. small amount of buckle rash and a few very small imperfections. it has original active pick ups that have been wired with a passive pair of fender pots and a rolank GK synth 15 pin pick up and electronics fitted to use with a GK roland/boss device. the neck is oiled rather than lacquered so smooth as silk and with a lovely low action makes it fast as lightening. i have the old preamp but it was very poor so not worth using and the passive set up is just great. really an 80,s classic and a very versatile bass and getting very rare especially in such good condition
  7. that is a crazy amount of bass for that money. i wish they had basses in that money bracket when i was learning. neck through bass with quite exotic woods for 200 notes is mental. glwts
  8. love these, i had the bunker neck one and it was the slappiest ive ever had. tonnes of punch!
  9. as above. ibanez necks are superb. especially if you have duddy fingers like myself. top ibanez`s dont get enough cred` for just how bloody they are. m,mmmmm yummy.
