They look great and sound great Marco ! I so much wish to learn , like you say is very relaxing and also would love to build my own bass but I'll never know where to start ..... one day maybe for now I just keep playing instruments other people make 😉 good luck with your venture

Music scene is very good in York , some good jazz around ..... however venues are really crap!!! Also renting or buying in a ok area is a bit expensive compare to Leeds where you could afford the same property for couple of hundreds less ! Leeds music scene is great , some cool venues and loads of talented musicians , also reharsale space are so so so much better than york and cheaper of course . I ve lived in york for 12 years and anytime I needed a musician or reharsing I had to go to Leeds, you are also closer to Manchester . if I was really focus on doing music I would def choose Leeds over york , if you are a part time musician and looking to play couple a gigs a month with no commitment then york is the better choice . Do you have family ? Some great schools too!

ill have to leave it until tomorrow now as my toolbox is in my car ...... however so far could be Microphonic pickup ? Battery ? loose or dry joint in the electronics?

ok ill try with a new set of batteries tomorrow then ill try to take the pickup apart and have a look

Hi Guys , i ve just made a trade with a member on the chat ! The member lives in marocco , so I had to post my bass to Spain and his friend will drive it down to avoid custom duties as in marocco they are very strict for items coming from Europe ! However we tried to find information from items coming from marocco to Europe and seems there are no duties to pay ! Last night talking to a friend of mine told me that I'm gonna be charged import duties 💯 % . So I wonder ...... will I be charged or not ? The item is not new and it wasn't purchased , just a trade ! So can they uk charge import duty over a trade ?
