Beautiful candy apple red finish and the lightest P I have ever owned – 7,6 lbs. / 3,45kg. on my home scale. All original bass with super nice low action and a good natural relic feel to it. As can be seen from the photos, the bass has a lot of dings, scuffs and other battle scars – I have tried to photograph them all. Based on the serial number its from 1989/1990. Why selling – because I have a Duck Dunn signature which is almost identical to this one, but with a bit more emotional attachment. More detailed photos of the bass can be found here: https://flic.kr/s/aHskp7BNaE Given the above my price is £560 OBO including free shipping in a semi hard case to UK and most of the EU (if You are outside UK, please ask me and I will calculate the differences in shipping and give You a precise end price). If you want to get it with the anodized guard and the thumb rest the price is 590. It will be shipped in a hardcase and well packed. I will ship from Bulgaria so there will be no import taxes for EU buyers. Money transfers through PayPal. Feel free to ask me any additional questions or demand additional photos/videos. Delivery usually takes around 7 working days to the UK and most of EU. My feedback which can be found here: http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2610067 Sorry, no trades for this one, only straight sale. Thanks for the kind words, it indeed alsmost tempted me away from precisions! And if someone is indeed concerned with buying a bass from overseas, in case the buyer does not like it I offer to take it back and refund him minus the shipping expenses. Regards
4. Hi, fellows, I have been around the forum for a long time, but never got around to do a proper introduction, so here it is! I am from Bulgaria and have been into bass playing for around 15 years, and although I lurk around other forums, I have found basschat to be the best source of info on our common "disease" and I definitely enjoy the super friendly athmosphere around here! I also prefer to trade around the forum because I hate the Bay and would always prefer to trade with honest folks, who know what they are trading. And since my GAS is uncurable ....... (the joke on the side, my wife is thinking of doing a scientific research on GAS and me and a couple of friends will be the clinical cases ) So all in all its a great pleasure to be part of basschat! Regards Tsvetan

7.
That slim neck profile looks brilliant. I've had a few Jazz basses USA, Japanese, Mex in my time but this looks to be far far superior. I think the Classic Vibe Jazz which has a great neck has tried to capture this profile too. If I had the money, it would be on its way to England. Being Oly white it also matches my JV57 Precision!
Thanks for the kind words, the neck is really a joy to play. On the other hand if you were willing to trade the 57JV ...................... Just wandering
8. Just sold a bass to Alex, super nice guy to deal with. I would not hestitate to deal with him again! Regards

13. SOLD 1983 Ibanez Roadstar II RB924 CS Deluxe bass. Pretty nice condition, the top and bindings are close to perfect, some buckle rash and dings on the back, some minimal dings across the neck. The birds eye top and finish looks amazing, the neck feels great, the bass is very responsive and not heavy at all, all the electronics work great, all parts are original, here are some specifications from the 1983 catalogue: 1 2 More detailed photos can be found here: https://picasaweb.google.com/105844066118758229046/IbanezRB924?authuser=0&feat=directlink Here is a video review of the model that I found online: https://www.youtube....h?v=oQqWJkGkv7Y The bass comes with the original case which is in nice condition. The frets have minimal playwear. The only bad side is that string height adjustment screws on two of the strings are stuck and I can not adjust the action low. This can be fixed I suppose. Considering all of the above and that the last I saw went for 350, my price is .... including free shipping to UK and most of the EU (if You are outside UK, please ask me and I will check the differences in shipping rates and give You a precise end price). It will be shipped in its hard case and packed well in cardboard. I will ship from Bulgaria so there will be no import taxes for EU buyers. I suppose that PayPal is best as payment method, although it sets me back a bit with all the transfer and withdraw fees. My feedback can be found here: http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2610067 Feel free to ask me any additional questions or demand additional photos. Delivery usually takes around 5-7 work days to the UK and most of EU. Trade wise I would be interested only in Fullerton RI and Squier JV precisions (especially in them) or other vintage or vintage reissue precisions – either a straight swap or with cash both ends. Also would consider a nice precision bass neck.
14. Jusy sold a Fulleroton jazz to Vittorio, nice fellow, easy to deal with. I would not hessitate to deal with him again! Regards
15. SOLD A Squier JV Jazz from 1983. I won't indulge in description how good these are, I suppose you already know. Thinning the heard a bit as I seem not to get along well with jazz width necks so this is up for sale. I bought it from the original owner who unfortunately swapped the electronics for US EMG tan bottom pickups and EMG pots in the late 80's and did not have the original bits no more. So I removed the nasty EMG's and pots and installed 5% overwound Lindy Fralins plus correct pots. Also bought the correct brass ground strap and installed it. The latter "upgrades" sum up to around 200 pounds. The neck stamp on this one is April 83, the serial also suggests this, so just a year after production started, which is nice since it has the vintage correct bridge and tuners, replaced by the standard Japanese hardware on the later specimens. Apart from the electronics everything is completely original. It has some wear – few dings and bumps – the biggest one around the bridge pickup (I have tried to show everything in the photos). Nevertheless its very clean for a 32 year old bass. The electronics, truss rod, hardware and everything else works perfectly. The bass plays sweet with a nice action, no dead spots, currently strung with roundwounds, minimal fret wear. The neck feels great, a more meaty "C" shape to my hands than a 60's jazz, but of course not as chunky as a 70's one. The bass came alive with the Fralins and sounds very tatsy with them - better the other three JV's with original pickups that I have played. More hi-res photos of the bass can be found here: https://picasaweb.go...feat=directlink My price is £600 including free shipping to UK and most of the EU (if You are outside UK, please ask me and I will calculate the differences in shipping and give You a precise end price). It will be shipped in its hard case (missing the handle but great for protection during transport, my research suggests it's the original case – light tolex on the outside and plush on the inside). I will ship from Bulgaria so there will be no import taxes for EU buyers. I suppose that PayPal is best as payment method, although it sets me back a bit with all the transfer and withdraw fees. I have positive feedback which can be found here: http://basschat.co.u..._1#entry2610067 Feel free to ask me any additional questions or demand additional photos. Delivery usually takes around 7 work days to the UK and most of EU. Trade wise I would be interested in just about everything – either a straight swap or with cash both ends. NOW 580 SHIPPED!
