2.
Straight trade for my Lakland 44-60?
Thank you for the offer, but I am not much of a Lakland fan.
3.
would you ship to germany, too?
Yes, the bass can be shipped to all EU countries.
4. Still here? This is unbelievable
5. Hi, I am in Bulgaria but shipping to UK usually takes 5 days and is included in the sale price. "Mint condition" updated, thanks for the advise. Regаrds
6. For sale is barely used Fender Road Worn 60s Jazz Bass. All original, 2010 serial, has the original hang tag with signatures for the inspection and the setup. You all know the story behind these. A great bass, awsome neck profile, thin nitrocellulose-lacquer finish, extremely lightweight but incredibly resonant. It just sounds huge and the sustain is unbelievable for an alder body instrument. The alnico pick-ups sound extremely hot. This particular bass has a little bit of flame going on the neck. I am not in a hurry so price is 760£ firm - shipping included / or a trade for the right Precision I am selling because I gave the jazz bass a try with this one but it turns out I am more of a Precision player. Shipping to UK is included in the price, for other EU countries please ask. The bass will be packed well and shipped with the body separated from the neck. If You have further questions or demand additional photos, please, do not hesitate to ask. P.S. Please, excuse my photography. 10.
I didn't realise their was more than one production run of the Sting 'Signature' bass! Do you have an accurate weight for the bass and can you elaborate on the mojo?
Well, I meant that the early production (around 2000) are superior in quality- better ash was used regarding weight and woodgrain - I have played two more recent Sting's - a friend of mines and one ina store and they were not so resonant and their necks felt chunkier. I have no idea on the precise weight since it is with Alex now, but in regards of the mojo there are two little chips on the body and some minor scuffs- one is visible in the pictures right next to where the arm rests, the other one I thing was near the back strap button but again nothing major. Cheers
11. Up for sale is a Crafted in Japan in 2000/2001 (the early series) Fender Sting Signature bass, a.k.a. '54 reissue. All original- ash contoured body, one piece maple neck, 50's single coil, vintage style reverse tuners, extremely nice wood grain, little mojo on the body but nothing major. Plays extremely nice with a lot of vintage vibe in it, low action, tones of sustain and nice bassy growl. I originally bought it from a bass tech in Germany so you can imagine he picked a good one for himself back in the day. Comes with the Warwick case from the pictures. It is currently with Truckstop who is located in St. Albans, Hertfordshire and can be picked up there or perhaps shipped. The price I am after is [s]£600[/s] NEW PRICE - £570 since this is a very good specimen, hardly comparable to the recent production Sting Signatures. Possible trades- only Fenders, feel free to propose anything you like as long as it is a Fender P or Jazz!
12. We exchanged two precisions. Although there was a lot of trouble with the couriers and Alex had a chance to screw me, he turned out to be quite a nice guy. Other than that he gave me good discription of the instrument, etc. Extremely nice guy to deal with, I completely recommend him and am happy with the deal. Cheers
13. Hey, Marc, sorry to see this one going. Bump
