1.
How's the build quality? My experience of Behringer stuff previously hasn't been that positive, but they're built to a price. Also, what's the sound like?
The build quality is really good, build like the Genz Benz Streamliner Amps. The Amp chassis is made from metal. Some knobs are illuminated, when activ: The Sound is a bit like "vintage", a lot of low end and nice mids. I like it to compare the sound with the Streamliner, but the Veyron has the better equalizer, because this one is easier to use. The ability to select the center frequency of the mids is very helpful.
 2. Sweetwater calls 399$ for the Veyron M and 499$ for the Veyron T. I think the prices in Germany will be the same, but only in Euro: 399€/499€. What the price will be in UK?

 11. There are two power tubes (EL84) and a 12AX7 as a phase inverter (only). I asked Ashdown and they answered, that the preamp section is only SS.
 12.
When you run your CTM15 at low volumes, you're only hearing the pre amp tubes distort.
The Preamp of the CTM15 is SS without any Tube...
 13. Jepp, you have to like a tuby-tone. It is not "HiFi-Like"...
 14.
I also have this preamp (actually I paid second hand almost double for it) and it's a real gem. More versatile and better sounding than the DB750/751 preamp by far. A must have if you like the classic Aguilar tone. GLWTS!
I owned also the DB359 Tube Amp and the DB659 preamp. Both are very good sounding amps. But only "one-tone-wonders"... The DB680 is the more versatile and the better sounding amp!!!

 18. I mean, the sound is more stronger at high levels. I like the TAD KT88 and use this tubes in some more amps.
 19. I decided to sell my second Ashdown CTM100, because I want to buy the bigger brother (CTM300). This CTM 100 was the "Backup" and was only used in my second band for about 50 hours. Never gigged, only used in a non-smoker practice room. Mint condition, no scratches etc. I changed the tubes to new TAD KT88 (about 100 Euro!!!). For more detailed Pics PM me! I prefer bank transfer. Paying with paypal is possible, but would cost about 20 Euro / £15 more.
