1. Up for sale is my USA SUB Ray 5 in charcoal grey. For those of you who know what these are, they need no introduction. For those who don't, the USA SUB line was MM first attempt at an affordable stingray, they were built and assembled in the same factory in San Louis Obispo as all the USA Musicman instruments, but have less body work (eg no tummy contour, more of a slab body) and less attractive cuts of wood (so no translucent finishes) and finished in a textured poly paint on the body and semi gloss on the neck and headstock. They have all the same hardware and electronics as the USA Stingray and the build quality is excellent. DO NOT mistake this for the new sterling by MM S.U.B now made in the Far East, this is a far superior instrument. This one is near mint condition with only the slightest signs of use (obligatory headstock marks etc) and plays beautifully. I have seen plenty of 4 string versions of these go up for sale with big dings etc for around 400, so asking £475 for this one incl. shipping!

 7.
Blimey Dissa! Any those would empty the venues I play in ha ha! I could probably get away with an Ashdown CTM15, but not sure it is a clean enough sound. Thanks everyone for comments. I'm demoing a few Phil Jones combos soon and as long as all the reported issues with those are either remedied or manageable they'll probably be the best bet.
Try to get a used Ashdown Litte Bastard. Sometime they are for about £300 on the market. The Little Bastards has a wonderful vintage tone and they can be loud and clean enough for playing in a band.

 16.
So you work for, or are some agent of, the company then?
No, I have no relations to Behringer/Bugera. I asked since 9 Month for that amp and got now one amp for testing only.
in what way is it easier to use? the Streamliner also has selectable center frequency for the mids...
But the single knobs of the EQ and gain reacts to each other. It is very difficult, to find a "neutral" sound with a streamliner.
 17. The Amps will be available in stores around february 2015.
 18.
How's the build quality? My experience of Behringer stuff previously hasn't been that positive, but they're built to a price. Also, what's the sound like?
The build quality is really good, build like the Genz Benz Streamliner Amps. The Amp chassis is made from metal. Some knobs are illuminated, when activ: The Sound is a bit like "vintage", a lot of low end and nice mids. I like it to compare the sound with the Streamliner, but the Veyron has the better equalizer, because this one is easier to use. The ability to select the center frequency of the mids is very helpful.
