Yeah, its a squier shortscale.
Sold my Fender Mustang before I´d ever had to change strings, so never knew where to get them.
Again, don´t know anything about em

I actually have a brand new set of Rotosound RS66S strings knocking about if you're interested, they're 40/50/75/90 gauge and were bought for an abandoned project so you can have them for a discounted rate!

I use longscale D'addario EXL170 strings (.045 to .100) on both my shortscale B.C.Rich Bich basses with absolutely no issues

Been looking into this as I recently obtained a cheapo short-scale as a compact living-room beater, and the standard scale strings on it sound dreadful, even after my ham-fisted "set-up"

Anyhoo, seems [url="http://www.google.co.uk/products?q=fender+short+scale+strings&hl=en&aq=f"]Fender 5250XL's[/url] are what are standard the Bronco. I plan on giving them a shot on my shortie
