Which rack bag should i buy?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking to buy a rack bag very soon for my new GK fusion 550(3u) i'm looking at one of these

-Gigskinz(ther new ones with the dragon pattern finnish on the fabric)
-warwick rockbag

I have to get a rack bag as i don't drive and need to take busses/trains ect so a hrd case is out of the question. any info/experience with the above would be great or any suggestion and why would also be great.

Cheers

Vic

Ive been using a Gigskinz 2U for a year now. I also dont drive so every now and then need to get on a tube with it.
Its a really nice bag and the pocket has room for all my other bits, other than my bass and cab ;-)

While it houses my MarkBass SA450, which is only 7.5lbs, once i have all my other bits in it its pretty heavy, although manageable.
Your GK is around 24lbs i believe. I really wouldn't want to carry that on my shoulder. Even my old GK1001RBII almost killed me lol.
