Basically I have a p-bass and am looking for a backup but don't want another fender even a jazz. Was thinking about a corvette standard and wondered what the going rate was for them 2nd hand? They're solid basses, not to be underestimated, had a 6er that was lovely Think Linus can attest to the fact on 4 strings if i recall correctly! In the past year or so i've watched Corvettes go from under £300 to over £600 (for a 5 string Active Standard!). I'd happily bid up to £400 on this if i was in the market You can still buy these new for around £600, although if anyone wants one now is a good time to buy 2nd hand as Warwick are shifting production of these overseas.
