Anyone tried/tested/bought one of these?[/quote] There was a thread a while back that mentioned these... cant find it though €84 (about 75 quid?) seems a leetle steep for a block of wood with strings and a couple of frets. Why not make your own? or look for a cheap crappy bass, rip off the head and most of the body to make a steinbergeresque shape then you can practice fretting in the bus too. I'm usually driving and do the tappety tap on the wheel, but I tend to do the pianist finger warm up exercises rather than drum patters as I can do them without thinking too hard about it and your fingers are lovely and supple and ready to go after about 5 mins.
