What with festive celebrations, a new year and Burns night, what would make a great inspiration for the January Composition Challenge?

 

After a tie between  @Al Nico  @Leonard Smalls and @Chiliwailer , I did a quick first past the post photo challenge, and the winner who decided the answer was...

 

...young Lenny  who noted  "Tis a Raasay cask strength..."

 

 

So that's the inspiration, what did we make of that? well have a listen through

5      @upside downer    This fella has had more than enough of the ol' hooch. The shine has gone from his marvellous moonshine days and too many hangovers and trouser accidents mean that the firewater has got to go down the plughole.
