Just a quick shoutout re the above. Many shops/chains have gone recently, and many of those left have a few token basses at best, not these guys though, a great selection and very good customer service.

I remember going in there back in must be the early 1990's and they had some lovely stuff in stock back then, Wal basses ect. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a very upmarket home counties vibe. I expect it's still pretty much the same. Long may they prosper.

Went in there many moons ago, and went to go upstairs - where they kept the 'nice' stuff. They weren't keen on me doing so. At the time I had Precision number 0189 and a 66 slab at home. Haven't bothered with them since, stuck up bell3nds.

Def different now, whilst they were sorting my new bass out they just said go & have a wander, so I did, unaccompanied, all over the shop. They’ve some great stuff there.

You should have gone the whole hog and faked a Scouse accent.
