SimonK Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I've started noticing an up-tick in people trying to sell already completed pedal boards on eBay. These used to be quite rare, I think because the draw of pedal boards is creating a custom collection of pedals so no one will ever quite like exactly the same things as the next person. I've certainly always swapped pedals in and out one at a time, and occasionally updated the board itself or power supply. So why would anyone buy someone else's complete pedalboard - surely it's better value to buy/sell pedals one at a time? Â The only thing I can think is maybe something has happened in the digital effects world in the last year or so that I missed, meaning that more people are making the transition to multi-fxs (and yes I know one of the below is a guitar board)? paulmcnamara Posted 48 minutes ago Posted 48 minutes ago It can mean that someone can get a professionally designed and built board for well below the original cost. Quote
Beedster Posted just now Posted just now Sadly I suspect a lot of people are skint and need to pull in cash sharpish, selling a pedal collection one at a time is a PITA đ Quote
