Gigbag choices for semi-acoustic Hollowbody basses

Hi all, I'm lucky enough to own a JC and Lakland hollowbody basses, and would really like to get myself a decent gig bag to avoid lugging around. There are some posts on here but they are old and out of date? Anyone got any recommendations or selling. Both are pretty thin in terms of depth and the max body width is 41cm.

I did find this on Thoman but would prefer to find something with more internal support

Just adding that I can't see much else. A Mono Virtigo maybe but they are expensive bits of kit for occasional use

I've put Epiphone Jack Casady basses in both the Rockbags.  They offer decent padding/protection, but the geometry is a bit off - if you put it on one shoulder it can swing round on you.  But in the paucity of other options, they're pretty good.

 

I don't know how available they are but I briefly owned a Blake Bravo gigbag, it was a very impressive gigbag - loads of padding, moveable neck support.  You can see it in this sale ad - I sold the gigbag with the bass it was protecting.

There's a Blake Bravo for sale on here at the moment:

Can confirm they're massive, internal body width is around 40cm according to one of my old posts. Excellent quality, they were being cleared out a while back as the company went kaput so loads of us bought them on the cheap.

Thanks for the replies, I saw the blake but it said no postage. I have messaged just in case and I need something that is 40cm wide.

I may end up with a rockbag, but as carrying it on my back is the main purpose it doesn't sound ideal

I have a Fender FB610 which fits mine JC fine . The FB1225 or FB620 are both a step up in quality and price but still reasonable enough .

Thanks, they look just the job but the specs say Fender FB610 Electric Bass Gig Bag, Black | PMT Online, which is why I discounted them. I do need the 40cm. Do they distort to fit?

It fits fine . A bit of space around the neck but I'm always super careful with my basses . If you want a bit of extra protection , go for the FB1225 .
