Heya. Adjusting my collection a bit, and considering parting with this Gibson RD Krist Novoselic Signature.

It's in pretty good condition, but as it's nitro, there are some marks of use. I'll take some close up photos for anyone thats legitimately interested.

Overall a 7/10.

Neck straight and good, adjustment both ways. Electronics tip top.

Everything 100% original, and OHSC included.

 

I also have 2 original Gibson RD pickups from the late 70s that can accompany the bass.

 

The bass is currently in Norway, but I travel alot, and visit the UK often. (A ticket for the bass to have its own seat is 30-80£)

I can also ship, very well packaged. (Lots of experience)

 

OPEN TO SENSIBLE OFFERS! And/or trades, specifically looking for a bicentennial thunderbird (natural only), a non-reverse thunderbird, and a pink paisley precision (MIJ). Certain stand-out jazz basses (fender only) might be of interest too, specifically a 75RI, or a stack-knob with matching headstock. OR a MIJ heritage late 60s jazz (sonic blue).

Hehe, it's 5.3kg on my bathroom scale. Feels heavy in the hand, but not that heavy on a strap. I wouldnt recommend getting hit in the head with it tho..😂

This model is super rare. Love Krist, basically got me into bass (as with many other teenagers picking up an instrument due to Nirvana!). No idea how he played the hanging so low down.
