Novel, but I understand, from those in the know, that the strap over the front of the upper, rear bout, alleviates the problem somewhat.

It only works if you wear the bass quite high I think, it certainly doesn’t work for me with this bass, it just pops out again.

That’ll be where I go with it, if I can’t put up with it as it is,Ā although,Ā IĀ hateĀ it when the top of the bass hangs away from your body. I’ve sold a couple of basses that did that.

If I used the upper rear-most screw, it didn't balance as well.

Either of the lower screws caused what you're referencing; The top edge of the body tips away from you.Ā 

Ā 

Top front screw doesn't do this as there seems to be more mass slung below it than there is above it, and that prevents the dreaded tipping.

When you are my shape the top of the bass always hangs away from you... 😃
