Great neck and brilliant to play, but too in your face for my liking. It's a Dean Edge Pro btw. Any suggestions gratefully received as I'm a complete woodentop when it comes to technology! ped Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 Clang and brightness can be from a very low action and lack of neck relief, so think about adding a bit of height to the strings and introducing a slight bow to the neck so the strings won't clack the frets when you play.
